Post Placement Adoption Services

 

Cindy Chilcote, LCSW is happy to provide families in Texas with post-adoption services and support throughout your period of supervision and beyond!  Once you have welcomed your child in to your family, Cindy is available to help you fulfill your reporting requirements, assist you with finalization/re-finalization, and help connect you with resources in your area.  If you complete your initial home study with Cindy, she will typically be the social worker that completes your post placement adoption visits (this is a small additional fee).  Even if you did not complete your initial social study with Cindy, she is still available to assist in completing all necessary paperwork to ensure you meet the requirements for your adoption process.
